CRM Administrator
18 hours per week
Hours will be varied but predominantly between 9:00 - 17.00. Overtime to be taken as time in lieu.
The role of the CRM Administrator is to support the Møller PSF Group in their provision of premium work to premium clients by capturing data from all client facing activities.
The role reports to the MPSF Group Programme Manager and Møller PSF Partners.
Main responsibilities:
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- Work with MPSFG Partners to capture all client data
- Keep a bank of pitch documents
- Assist in the preparation of pitch documents
- Track the client review process
- Assist in scheduling client reviews
- Keep service level agreements updated
- Maintain copies of all contracts
- Capture Quality Assurance/feedback from all delivered programmes
- Produce quarterly QA reports for MPSFG and the Churchill Board
- Produce 6 monthly CRM reports for the entire PSF Group
- Attend CRM meetings with CRM Managers
- Liaise directly with clients including scheduling appoints or attending meetings as required
- Liaise with Møller Sales team and Møller Centre as a whole to ensure cohesive working arrangements
- Assist the MPSF Group Programme Manager as required
