Ways to make a tax-efficient gift

From its foundation in 1959, Churchill College has depended on the generosity of philanthropic individuals. Our founder, Sir Winston Churchill, established the College with gifts from all over the world. In the following decades, Members and friends of the College who wish to see it flourish have made generous benefactions, enabling Churchill to become a world-class centre of excellence in scholarship, teaching and research.

There are a number of different tax-efficient ways to make a gift to the College:

Gifts of Cash by UK Tax payers
by US Tax payers
by Canadian Tax payers
Donations by credit or debit card
Gifts of listed shares and securities
Gifts of Property
Giving via the Charities Aid Foundation
Payroll giving
Matching Gifts
Tax efficient gifts by companies
