Mr Ken Livingstone, former Mayor of London, delivered the 13th Stephen Roskill Memorial Lecture on the subject of Cities in the Future. The lecture took place on Monday 1 February 2010 in the Wolfson Lecture Theatre, Churchill College, in front of a capacity audience.
