Mr Robert B. Zoellick, President of the World Bank Group, delivered the 14th Stephen Roskill Memorial Lecture on the subject of Modernizing Lateralism. The lecture took place in the Wolfson Lecture Theatre, Churchill College, in front of a capacity audience. The lecture commemorates the life and work of Captain Stephen Roskill, historian and Fellow of Churchill College.
