Bible Study groups
Wednesdays 6.30-8.30pm, various places then the Club Room
These meet on Wednesdays at 6.30 pm in a couple of people’s rooms where groups will meet and eat dinner together. After that, we will study a Bible passage and one of us will lead us through it and see how it applies to us in our aim to see the gospel spread around the college and the university. After the Bible study, we will spend some time praying. We firmly believe that if we are to see God moving in college we must invest time in prayer, as Christians together. It is also a time to hear the latest CU news and plan events to put on in college. The meetings are a fantastic time for us to support each other.
Friday Morning Prayer Meeting
Fridays 8.00-8.30 am, Someone’s room
Every Friday morning we meet in someone’s room to pray for Churchill and the university and also for friends and each other. Students normally offer their rooms at the Bible Study and an email will be sent around the CU mailing list to let everyone else know of the venue. This is always a peaceful time to spend in Christian fellowship in what would otherwise be a busy morning.
Central CICCU
As well as the meetings in college, CICCU also holds central meetings, which allow us to connect with and support the other college CUs in Cambridge. You can find out about them here.
