CCMC Newsletters

We issue a bunch of newsletters to our members on average twice a term, to let everyone know what's been going on and what will be going on in the near future. They're also usually full of complete lies and misappropriated quotes but that's all part of the funkiness :-) Anyway, after much pained scanning, there's now a fairly comprehensive archive of said newsletters since the early 90's so have fun browsing through CCMC's past as well as finding out what's going on at the moment...

Archived Newsletters

Niall and Andy have catalogued loads of the old newsletters (before they started being put online as they were released) and put them online here as PDFs, which are mostly quite reasonable in size, though some of the older ones are bigger. Adobe Acrobat (which you need for PDFs) is a small download from the Adobe website...though chances are you already have it. If you can help identify any of the dates marked 'x' (which is a pretty tedious task, sez Andy) then we'd be dead chuffed. But mostly, just read these things cos they're fairly smart...

'Vintage' CCMC Journals

Back in the days when we were weenies, the Battlewagon was cruising up, down and generally all over Europe (insofar as it ever 'cruised' anywhere) and CCMC members had beards and socialised with Dennis Gray some people were actually keen enough to not only produce newsletters but also to do a journal. Nowadays we're more practiced at being slack (well, maybe) and so we haven't bothered for a while, sadly enough. So kick back and enjoy reading these freshly scanned beasties...they're rather big so if you've not got a Megafast(TM) internet connection then try saving the PDF to disk and sod off to make yourself some lard for the next godknowshowlong.

You may have noticed that these files are rather large: if anyone happens to have the original files (MS Word, perhaps?) then I'd appreciate being sent them - I can make the downloads a lot smaller that way (think more like 1Mb each...)
