Chapel

The Chapel contains a Yamaha grand and the college's pipe organ, and the acoustics and size of the building make it a useful venue for larger scale rehearsals. Use of the chapel however, is restricted to certain times of the day - please see the chapel notice board for further details.

Control Room

This room will be the central hub of the studio facilities when we have installed the equipment. You will be able to record from any room into this control room.

Practice Room

Churchill has one practice room which is equipped with an upright pianos. Its acoustic and size makes it ideal for individual practice.

Recital Room

The Recital Room seats 100 people and is a great venue for smaller scale concerts. It is host to regular Churchill College Music Society concerts and houses a Steinway grand and an excellent Rubio Harpsichord.

Studio

The studio is spacious and contains the college drum kit as well as an upright piano, a keyboard, bass guitar and amplifiers, making it perfect for bands wishing to rehearse. The studio and the control room also house a variety of recording equipment which are available for students to use with an induction by the Churchill AV Society.
