There are two outdoor training sessions each week. One every Sunday at 2pm lasting an hour, this training focuses on coming together as a team and full team run throughs, commitment to this is a must.
The second session is on Saturdays at 3pm also lasting an hour. This session is more focused towards learning and developing important rugby skills key to the way we want to play rugby. The two outdoor sessions are both at Churchill's Rugby Pitch which is located in college.
On top of these two outdoor sessions the Churchill College gym is available for weight training, structured sessions are run on Monday,Wednesday and Friday at 5pm with each day targeting a different muscle group.
