Staff Survey

The aim of this survey is to find out what you think about the College as a place to work and to identify any areas of improvement.

The survey is anonymous and there is no facility to identify the person responding electronically. You’ll be asked for some information about department and grade, but this information won’t be used to identify an individual, it is purely to help us assess the results more effectively.

Because we have set up the survey to be anonymous there is no option to save your responses part-way through, so make sure you have enough time available to complete the whole survey (15 minutes approx.).  You can fill in the survey when you are at work, or if you prefer you can access it when you are at home on any device.  If you have any queries or problems accessing the survey please speak to HR.  Hard copies are available if you are unable to complete the survey online – please ask your Head of Department or HR for a copy.

Completion of the survey is optional, but obviously the more people that respond, the more useful the results will be, so we encourage everyone to take part. We really want to know what you think.

The deadline for completion is Friday 2 December 2022.
