As a modern Cambridge college (founded in 1960), we pride ourselves on our friendly and informal atmosphere. With more than 850 students, 250 Fellows and 160 members of staff from all over the world and from all backgrounds, we are proud of our diverse and exciting community.
We welcome staff to join our vibrant team, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, gender identity, marital status, disability or religious belief, and we’re always keen to receive applications from people who may be under-represented at Churchill.
The College motto is “Forward” and we try to live up to this. We were the first men’s College in Cambridge to decide to admit women and for 30 years we’ve worked hard to ensure we admit the brightest students regardless of background, with the result that about three quarters of our intake comes from schools in the state sector. We describe our values as:
Our non-academic staff have a critical role to play in delivering these values and ensuring the continued success of the College. We’d be delighted to have you join us.
