Salary £20,917 - £26,414 per annum
Based within the Conference Department, which forms part of the hospitality service for College members and external users, this role is pivotal in responding to and co-ordinating conference sales enquiries. The post holder will also respond to, and manage, internal and commercial events from commercial clients, Fellows, colleagues and students.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong administrative and interpersonal skills, good IT, literacy and numeracy skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Experience of a computerised diary system and Kinetics is desirable.
Working hours are 37.5 per week. Occasional evening and/or weekend may be required. Benefits include free parking on site, and a pension scheme.
