Alumni High Table Booking Form

Please Note: This is a provisional booking only — a member of the Alumni Office will be in touch to confirm your place.


Any employment data you enter in the above form is added to the online and paper copy dining list for the evening of the dinner. This information is visible to Fellows on the SCR website ahead of the event, and all dinner guests in the SCR on the evening. We provide the information to encourage Fellows to sign up to dine with alumni whose professional field may be of interest. Providing this information is entirely voluntary, but by doing so you consent to our storing this data on our datbase and sharing it with other diners that evening.

Your email address is required so we contact you to confirm your booking and in case of any problem such as cancellation of the event. Please contact us if you object to this address being stored on our database.
