Main Concourse

The main concourse is a spacious walkway that leads from the Porters’ Lodge to the heart of Churchill College. In summer, the wall of windows can be opened to enable guests to walk out onto the lawns and seating areas. The concourse is perfectly suited for combining attendee registration - as well as hosting informal receptions and exhibitions. In addition to the concourse itself is the cafe-bar, which forms a central networking space for delegates during their time at the college.

Letting periods are 9am to 5pm and 6pm to 11pm. Conference room hire charges include, if required, the following audio/visual equipment: OHP, screen, 35mm slide projector, flipchart, TV and DVD player.
