SUMMARY:Reunion Dinner for 2012–17 matriculation
DESCRIPTION:The Master is delighted to invite those who matriculated from 2012 to 2017 back to College for a Reunion Dinner on Saturday 12 July.\nRead on for all the information about the event then use the booking form at the bottom of the page to join us. \nProgramme\nSaturday 12 July\nFrom 3pm: Rooms available for check-in at the Porters’ Lodge and name badges available for collection from the registration desk on the main concourse. \n3pm–6pm: Complimentary tea and coffee will be available in the Buttery throughout the afternoon. Please enjoy your afternoon in College and our one-mile perimeter walk around the site. \n5.30pm–6.30pm: Archives Centre exhibition of College memorabilia\, including your matriculation photo\, in the Archives Centre Reading Room (allow for a wait during busy periods). \n6.45pm: Drinks reception \n7.30pm: Dinner in Hall \n12:30am: Buttery closes \nSunday 13 July\n7.30am–9.30am: Breakfast in Hall \n10am: Check-out. Left luggage room available. \nFurther Information\nDress code: Formal.\nThis is a black tie event\, although smart business attire is also welcome. Fellows attending the dinner will wear gowns\, but this is optional for alumni. If you are in contact with any of them\, we would be grateful if you could let them know about this event and ask them to contact us if they would like to attend. \nView our lost alumni 2012-17 \nDonations\nOur booking form allows for additional donations\, which will go directly to  your Class Gift\, The 2012-17 Bursary Fund\, to support the next generation of Churchillians. The target of £10\,500 will fund one means-tested full Cambridge Bursary (£3\,500/year) named after your years. This financial support will be critical in enabling one undergraduate student whose family’s household income is below £25\,000 to thrive academically and socially for their three years at Churchill. The Class Giving initiative is your chance to create a lasting legacy of your time here by supporting Churchillians of the future. \n \n \nEvery donation made when booking your free Reunion Dinner ticket booking will take us closer to the goal. If 280 of over 1\,500 alumni in your year groups makes an annual gift of £10\, you will reach the target in three years. \nAccommodation\nBed and breakfast accommodation in College can be booked direct through the Speedybooker website\, rather than through the College. Please ensure that the special code KX55310 is entered immediately on viewing the website in the box at top left in order to view availability for the weekend and make a booking. Alumni may be used to entering discount codes at checkout on other sites\, but here it needs entering first off! \nAmendments to bookings must be done via Speedybooker and cannot be made by College staff. Cancellations cannot be refunded less than 24h prior to your stay. \nBook accommodation via Speedybooker \nBookings\nThe event is free of charge to eligible alumni\, and a maximum of one guest per attendee may be brought at your own expense. Use the drop-down boxes below under ‘Quantity’ to select 1 alumni ticket\, or 1 alumni ticket and 1 guest ticket. (Alumni couples should submit 2 booking forms to book 2 free tickets.
