SUMMARY:Graduation in Person – 11 April 2026
DESCRIPTION:Booking for in-person graduation on 11 April 2026. This ceremony will primarily be for those graduating from postgraduate courses or receiving their MA degree. \nOn the days of degree Congregations\, the Praelector hosts a lunch for those taking degrees in person. Lunch is free for all graduands and guests are welcome. If you wish to bring any guests to the lunch the cost is £32.25 per head. The graduation lunch will be held in the Dining Hall\, unless otherwise stated. \nA timetable of the day will be e-mailed to you approximately one week before the congregation\, when timings of the ceremony are known. \nPlease note: Bookings will close on 17 March 2026. To book\, please use the form below: \nBook your graduation place for 11 April 2026 \nWhen booking\, please ensure that you use a postal address which will be valid up to a month after your graduation date as this will be the address used when sending out your transcript (if applicable). \nPlease note that if your degree has not yet been approved\, any confirmation you receive from Churchill College will be subject to your degree being approved by your Department at least one week before the chosen ceremony date; please also note that the College is not informed of this directly\, so you must take responsibility for checking that you have been approved to graduate in time. \nMA Degrees\nIf you hold a Cambridge BA\, you may proceed to the MA not less than six years from the end of your first term of residence\, providing that you have already graduated with your BA degree. SUMMARY:Reunion Dinner for 1991–96 matriculation
DESCRIPTION:The Master is delighted to invite those who matriculated from 1991 to 1996 back to College for a Reunion Dinner on Saturday 11 April\n\n\n\n\n\nProgramme\n\n\n\nSaturday 11 April\n\n\n\nFrom 3pm: Rooms available for check-in at the Porters’ Lodge and name badges available for collection from the registration desk on the main concourse. \n\n\n\n3pm–6pm: Complimentary tea and coffee will be available in the Buttery throughout the afternoon. Please enjoy your afternoon in College and our one-mile perimeter walk around the site. \n\n\n\n5.30pm–6.30pm: Archives Centre exhibition of College memorabilia\, including your matriculation photo\, in the Archives Centre Reading Room (allow for a wait during busy periods). \n\n\n\n6.45pm: Drinks reception \n\n\n\n7.30pm: Dinner in Hall \n\n\n\nAfter dinner: ‘Pav’ disco in the Buttery \n\n\n\n1:00am: Buttery closes \n\n\n\nSunday 12 April\n\n\n\n7.30am–9.30am: Breakfast in Hall \n\n\n\n9.30am: ecumenical Chapel service led by Megan Thompson (U96). All welcome. \n\n\n\n10am: Check-out. Left luggage room available. \n\n\n\n\n\nFurther Information\n\n\n\nDress code: this is a black tie event\, although smart business attire is also welcome. Fellows attending the dinner will wear gowns\, but this is optional for alumni. Hoods are not worn. \n\n\n\nEV charging is available at College during your stay in the car park at the top of the site (past the Sheppard Flats). You will need to collect a key from the Lodge and please move your vehicle once charged to a non-charging space so others can use the service. \n\n\n\nThe College’s Bullying and Harassment Policy \n\n\n\nEmail the Alumni Office with any enquiries \n\n\n\nGuest List\n\n\n\nMany alumni have told us that they like to see a list of people who have booked to attend events such as this one\, as it can influence whether they choose to come. The Class Giving initiative is your chance to create a lasting legacy of your time here by supporting Churchillians of the future. \n\n\n\n. \n\n\n\n\n\n.\n\n\n\nFinancial support through a full Cambridge Bursary is critical in enabling undergraduate students whose family’s household income is below £25\,000 to thrive academically and socially during their time at Churchill. The endowment target of £100\,000 will fund a means-tested full Cambridge Bursary (£3\,500/year) named after your years in perpetuity.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBooking Info\n\n\n\nAccommodation\n\n\n\nBed and breakfast accommodation in College can be booked through Speedybooker only\, at our alumni rates. To see availability and book at these prices\, please enter the code KX57588 in the top left box before entering dates. \n\n\n\nPlease note\, if a different rate is booked without the code\, we cannot change it back to the discounted rate. Do book in advance as no rooms can be booked on site during the weekend. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive the Speedybooker confirmation at the time of reservation.
