In tandem with CCBC, the College are hoping to invite alumni who would like to relive past glories on the river for an informal rowing outing on the Saturday morning after their reunion. It doesn’t matter if you have not rowed in decades, as this will be a gentle outing. If this is of interest, please use the option on the booking form to state whether you row bowside or strokeside, or cox, and we will be in touch directly nearer the time.
Many alumni have told us that they like to see a list of people who have booked to attend events such as this one, as it can influence whether they choose to come. You can indicate whether you are happy for your name to be included on the list in the link above by answering the required question on the booking form. Please note also that the list will be updated manually in batches, so your name may take some time to appear further to booking, and this does not imply that your booking has not been received.
Churchill College would like to stay in touch with you and store your up-to-date contact details in order to send you publications and invite you to events such as this one. You can update your contact details via our form at the button below. By supplying such details you consent to us communicating with you by those methods. We take the storing and processing of your data seriously and you can read more in our full data protection statement.
Please see the following link for a list of alumni with whom College has lost touch. If you are in contact with any of them, we would be grateful if you could let them know about this event and ask them to contact us if they would like to attend.
Accommodation: Bed and breakfast accommodation in College will this year be booked through University Rooms rather than the College. Please ensure that the special code KX49963 is entered in order to view availability for the weekend and make a booking .
Please note that If you need to amend your booking, you will need to do so via University Rooms: amendments cannot not be made by College staff and may incur an admin fee if made less than 24h prior to your stay. Unfortunately, due to resource pressures in this difficult year as we try to catch up on postponed events, we are unable to offer any family rooms.
Alternatively, you may prefer to stay at the Møller Centre (use the green button below and enter code KX45096 where prompted):
£90.00 + VAT per room per night based on Single Occupancy Bed & Breakfast
£115.00 + VAT per room per night based on Double Occupancy Bed & Breakfast
Please use the pink button below to access the form to book your dinner (dinner bookings wil not be carried over from last year and will need to be re-booked). The event is free of charge to eligible alumni, and a maximum of one guest per attendee may be brought at your own expense. You will need the unique ID that has been sent to you in your invite, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not have this. Please note that bookings for this event will close at midnight on 12 September 2021. Beyond that we would be unable to accommodate seating requests.
