We are delighted to welcome Churchill students and alumni to our second Business Network event, 'Changing Expecations for Corporate Governance'. Our speaker will be Simon Henry (U79), former CFO of Shell.

Simon Henry graduated with a BA in mathematics from Churchill in 1982. He then joined Shell as an engineer and worked for the company for 35 years, the last 8 as an executive director and CFO. In this time he lived in four countries and held regional and global business leadership and governance roles for over 20 years. He is now a non-executive director of Lloyds Banking Group and Rio Tinto in London, an independent director of PetroChina Ltd in Beijing and has recently joined the defence board in the UK Government.
