Application for General Admission on 30 June 2018, with online booking for accommodation and graduation dinner & lunch
Please complete the booking form using the pink button below by Thursday 26 April in order to graduate, even if you are unsure of accommodation or ticket requirements for the ceremony, dinner or lunch.
Students staying on for a fourth year should contact the Tutorial Office as soon as possible if they wish to cancel a lunch or dinner booking. See the notes below for more information regarding failsafe applications.

Current students must book College accommodation for graduation through the Going-down form.
Guest accommodation in College for 28 – 30 June can be booked online using the promotional code KX43278 for a special discounted graduation rate.
Please note: You must enter the code first in order to see available rooms. You may also need to use the scroll bar to progress through the booking.
Bookings will close on 22 June.

Complete this booking form using the pink button below to attend the Graduands Dinner at 7pm on Friday 29 June, and graduation lunch on Saturday 30 June from 12–2pm.
Bookings will close at midnight on Thursday 26 April.
Requests for additional guest dinner tickets will be confirmed a week before the ceremony. Each graduand is automatically entitled to 2 guest dinner tickets.

Your address should be likely to find you for some years in order to receive invitations to reunions and events, details of your MA graduation where applicable, and publications from Churchill. Please notify the Alumni Office of any subsequent changes of address, which you can do by completing a simple online form or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your Cambridge email address will expire shortly after graduation. Please supply a personal email address so that we can contact you.
Students intending to stay on for a fourth-year course must submit a failsafe application to graduate in the event that they do not achieve the required qualification for that course. Please note, it is your responsibility to withdraw from graduation in good time by contacting the Tutorial Office once results are known so you may proceed to that course.
Failure to do so may lead to your graduating in absence, rendering you ineligible to join your course.
Students may apply for up to 3 spectator tickets for the graduation ceremony at Senate House. In the event of additional availability, once tickets have been allocated, students may claim an additional ticket. Students who indicate they would like an additional ticket will be contacted on a first-come-first-served basis where availability allows.
