Dr Yvette Lind
Jur.dr. Yvette Lind is an assistant professor in tax law at Copenhagen Business School. She has a Swedish doctorate and post-doc and specializes in comparative studies with an emphasis and inclusion of the Nordic tax systems, hence her current Danish position. Currently Visiting By-Fellow at Churchill College, University of Cambridge and Visiting Associate at Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge. Global Horizons Junior Fellow at the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Studies (SCAS) in 2022. During her stay in Cambridge, she is working on her (Tax)Citizen of the World monograph which explores the interlinking of citizenship, cross-border movement, and taxation from a democracy lens. The project encompasses a comparative study between Sweden, Germany, the UK, and the U.S. Her areas of expertise primarily concern various aspects of international taxation, social insurance law, EU state aid provisions, environmental taxation, and constitutional law. Has been published in leading journals such as National Tax Journal, Florida Tax Review, and Australian Tax Review. Publishes regularly in Intertax, Tax Notes, and a variety of Nordic law journals.
