Steve is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and a BCS Professional Member (MBCS) and has over 20 years’ experience managing new and existing digital teams during times of technological innovation and advancement, the most recent being a decade in the education sector where he effected positive change in a broad range of IT services from concept to delivery. It is a point of personal pride that his initiatives have consistently drawn praise for positive investment and effective use thereof, including features in industry press and national conferences. He has been directly responsible for leading digital innovation to facilitate strategic and forward-thinking visions. Planning, implementation and management of numerous multi-disciplinary IT projects has formed a major part of his most recent roles.

Steve is responsible for scalable IT-related financial planning and policy development and has led many IT and physical network infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, learning and working spaces (new and refurbished), shared areas, and access for critical services. Recognising the importance of working in conjunction with industry partners he is always keen to trial and implement appropriate digital advancements to ensure that the organisation is at the forefront of effective new technologies.

Steve is thrilled to be a part of the team and is thoroughly looking forward to helping shape the direction of the digital landscape of the College.
