By-Fellows,

Tom Boden joins us from the Royal Household where he was responsible for the Occupied Royal Palaces including Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle. Tom has managed major projects from building conservation and new buildings to the implementation and management of extensive procurement and facilities management policies.

After studying Building Surveying at the University of Reading, Tom started his career in building consultancy with a global property company working on a wide range of property portfolios with a variety of residential, commercial, educational and industrial clients. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Tom is passionate about modernist architecture and has been a member of the Twentieth Century Society since university. He holds a voluntary governance role with the National Trust on their East of England Regional Advisory Board and spends a good proportion of his free time exploring the Trust’s estates across the East and further afield.

Tom is a regular runner and a new squash player, keen to arrange some matches soon at Churchill.
