These take the prize for this week’s strangest find, though on closer inspection they turned out not to be everyone’s favourite vegetable after all, but to be made of chocolate instead. And you’ll be relieved to know that they didn’t turn up in an archive box, but were left behind by one of our readers.
Still, the question remains:
- 1. Why would anyone make chocolate sprouts in the first place?
- 2. Since one of our major supermarkets (naming no names) clearly does make them, why did the mysterious reader leave two behind?
Anyway, whoever you were, we have your sprouts safe, if you would like to come and collect them … but if nobody claims them by Christmas, we may be forced (reluctantly) to eat them ourselves.
