We are delighted to announce that Churchill’s Master Professor Athene Donald has been named as one of 50 leading role models for girls and women in technology in the accelerate-HER Inspiring 50 Uk 2018 list.
accelerateHER’s mission is to champion and support women working in technology and to break down the barriers that deter women from entering the sector. Their inaugural Inspiring Fifty list aims to show that there are role models for girls and women in technology and, more importantly, to make more of these incredible women household names, encouraging future leaders and entrepreneurs to follow in their footsteps.
This Inspiring Fifty UK awards was co-hosted by Brent Hoberman CBE, accelerateHER and Inspiring Fifty – with support from firstminute capital and Founders Keepers at a special breakfast event at Google in London on Tuesday 27 November.
