Congratulations to Churchill Fellow, Professor John Kinsella who has been elected as an Honorary Fellow of the Australian Academy of the Humanities.
Congratulating Professor Kinsella on his election, Emeritus Professor Elizabeth Minchin and Honorary Secretary of the AAH said:
“This is a significant achievement, recognising the outstanding contribution you have made to cultural life in Australia and the high regard in which you are held by your peers in the humanities community.”
Professor Kinsella has been a Fellow of Churchill College since 1998 and is one of Australia’s leading literary figures. He is resident in Churchill every Michaelmas Term and part of the summer. He is active on numerous fronts, whether writers workshops, Faculty classes on modern poetry, or literary theory.
