Congratulations to Matthew Grayson, former undergraduate and current postgraduate student at Churchill, who has been awarded a stipendiary Junior Research Fellowship at Girton College and a Lindemann Trust postdoctoral fellowship.
Matt is currently completing his PhD in the University Chemical Laboratories. His research combines computational and experimental techniques to gain insight into important catalytic chemical transformations, and applies this knowledge to the rational design of new reactions which are then used in the development of novel therapeutic agents.
Matt will spend a year at the University of California, Los Angeles, before taking up his fellowship at Girton
