It is my job to welcome new postgraduate students to their new home and make sure they settle in as smoothly as possible. My role is to support them during their transition and for the time they are studying with us; whether it be assisting them with administrative affairs and the complicated and frustrating world of visas, or simply offering an ear or shoulder when needed.
