Sam Ainsworth is a researcher in the Computer Architecture Group at the University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory. His research primarily involves computer hardware architecture and software compiler techniques to improve performance, reliability and security, along with new approaches for exploiting architectural parallelism. Before this, he received both a BA and PhD in Computer Science, both at Churchill College.
At Churchill, Sam is a Teaching By-Fellow, supervising a variety of courses across all three years of the Computer Science Tripos.
