JCR & MCR meetings, supervisions & recurring society bookings
For room booking requests please check room availability then contact the Conference Office using the form below.
Seminar Rooms 5 and 2 are now left unlocked so that they can be used for impromptu meetings. Although sometimes these rooms are booked for supervisions they are often empty during the day when there is sometimes pressure on office space for small meetings. In each of the rooms there is a ‘room in use’ sign, please put this in the sign holder outside the room, and remove after use.

Check availabilityThis form will be submitted to the Dean for approval. Once approved the Conference Office will contact you.
Dean's FormAfter approval send the deposit cheque and contract (if required) to the Conference Office.
DetailsThe Conference Office will confirm the booking once all paperwork and deposits have been received.
