Prepare To Apply | Undergraduates

To prepare a strong application to Cambridge, there are two important things you need to do first:

1. Explore the subject(s) you are interested in, to find out what is right for you.

2. Having explored, make an informed choice about the course you want to study – and keep exploring it!

Both of these are personal processes. You may want to involve other people, like family, friends, and teachers. However, your decisions about what interests you, and therefore what you want to study, are precisely that – yours! Indeed, because they are personal, they often form the substance of the strongest UCAS personal statements we read.

If after you have done these things you decide that one of our courses is right for you and you want to apply, great! Next, you need to double check our entry requirements and get a good understanding of our admissions process – what we consider in it and how we arrive at our decisions.
