The Master is delighted to invite those who matriculated from 1991 to 1996 back to College for a Reunion Dinner on Saturday 11 April
Programme
Saturday 11 April
From 3pm: Rooms available for check-in at the Porters’ Lodge and name badges available for collection from the registration desk on the main concourse.
3pm–6pm: Complimentary tea and coffee will be available in the Buttery throughout the afternoon. Please enjoy your afternoon in College and our one-mile perimeter walk around the site.
5.30pm–6.30pm: Archives Centre exhibition of College memorabilia, including your matriculation photo, in the Archives Centre Reading Room (allow for a wait during busy periods).
6.45pm: Drinks reception
7.30pm: Dinner in Hall
After dinner: ‘Pav’ disco in the Buttery
1:00am: Buttery closes
Sunday 12 April
7.30am–9.30am: Breakfast in Hall
10am: Check-out. Left luggage room available.
Further Information
Dress code: this is a black tie event, although smart business attire is also welcome. Fellows attending the dinner will wear gowns, but this is optional for alumni. Hoods are not worn.
EV charging is available at College during your stay in the car park at the top of the site (past the Sheppard Flats). You will need to collect a key from the Lodge and please move your vehicle once charged to a non-charging space so others can use the service.

Guest List
Many alumni have told us that they like to see a list of people who have booked to attend events such as this one, as it can influence whether they choose to come. If you do not wish to have your name visible on this list, please email us to let us know (only alumni will be listed, not their guests). Please note also that the list will be updated manually in batches, so your name may take some time to appear, and this does not imply that your booking has not been received.

Donations
Alumni tickets are free of charge and so the booking form allows for donations to your Class Gift, The 1991–96 Bursary Fund, to support the next generation of Churchillians. The Class Giving initiative is your chance to create a lasting legacy of your time here by supporting Churchillians of the future.

Financial support through a full Cambridge Bursary is critical in enabling undergraduate students whose family’s household income is below £25,000 to thrive academically and socially during their time at Churchill. The endowment target of £100,000 will fund a means-tested full Cambridge Bursary (£3,500/year) named after your years in perpetuity.

Accommodation
Bed and breakfast accommodation in College can be booked through Speedybooker only, at our alumni rates. To see availability and book at these prices, please enter the code KX57588 in the top left box before entering dates.
Please note, if a different rate is booked without the code, we cannot change it back to the discounted rate. Do book in advance as no rooms can be booked on site during the weekend. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive the Speedybooker confirmation at the time of reservation. If you wish to amend your booking, you will need to do so via Speedybooker.
For earlier dates to check in or later dates to check out, please email [email protected] and they will be happy to check further availability for you.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24h prior to your stay.

Dinner
The event is free of charge to eligible alumni, and a maximum of one guest per attendee may be brought at your own expense. Use the drop-down boxes below under ‘Quantity’ to select 1 alumni ticket, or 1 alumni ticket and 1 guest ticket.
Alumni couples should submit 2 booking forms to book 2 free tickets. Do let us know whether you wish to sit with your partner, or in different friendship groups, and bear in mind we don’t always know when alumni are a couple!
