Prof. Dame Athene Donald (Fellow)
Responsible for the overall governance of the College
Dr Adrian Barbrook (Fellow)
The Vice-Master chairs several committees and has responsibility for a number of Fellowship matters, and deputises for the Master in accordance with the College’s Statutes & Ordinances.
Tamsin James (Fellow)
The Bursar is the chief operating and financial officer of the College and is responsible for the legal and financial affairs of the College, together with the maintenance of the estate, IT, commercial and hospitality operations and all staff matters relating to non-academic staff.
Dr Rita Monson (Fellow)
The Senior Tutor has overall responsibility for the admission and welfare of undergraduate students and for the teaching provision in College.

Fran Malarée (Fellow)
Responsible for the development and delivery of the College’s fundraising and development strategy. Leads the Alumni and Development Office, which covers alumni relations, fundraising and stewardship, corporate partnership and communications.
Provides operational and strategic leadership to a multi-functional team, ensuring the smooth-running of College services.

Responsible for safety and compliance across the College operation and facilities overseeing and managing the College’s statutory requirements, liaising with stakeholders and managing the Safety team including officers and apprentices. Also responsible for the management of Boathouse Supervisor team.
