The College is extremely grateful to over 275 alumni who donated over £100,000 as part of Giving Day from 11 to 13 February 2026. Together with matching gifts and challenge funds that had been pledged by major donors to the College, a fantastic £216,000 was raised in 55 hours.
Churchill students are achieving extraordinary things and the support of our donor community makes this possible. Your donations help the College to empower talented students to realise their potential and make an impact far beyond Cambridge. Here is how donors chose to direct their support this Giving Day:
- £85k of unrestricted donations to support the College
- £68k to funds supporting undergraduate students
- £35.5k to funds supporting postgraduate students
- £27.5k for Winston Churchill Top-Up Bursaries
