The Master is delighted to invite those who matriculated from 1960 to 1970 back to College for a Reunion Dinner on Saturday 11 July
Programme
Saturday 11 July
From 3pm: Rooms available for check-in at the Porters’ Lodge and name badges available for collection from the registration desk on the main concourse.
3pm–6pm: Complimentary tea and coffee will be available in the Buttery throughout the afternoon. Please enjoy your afternoon in College and our one-mile perimeter walk around the site.
5.30pm–6.30pm: Archives Centre exhibition of College memorabilia, including your matriculation photo, in the Archives Centre Reading Room (allow for a wait during busy periods).
6.45pm: Drinks reception
7.30pm: Dinner in Hall
12:00am: Buttery closes
Sunday 12 July
7.30am–9.30am: Breakfast in Hall
10am: Check-out. Left luggage room available.
Further Information
Dress code: this is a black tie event, although smart business attire is also welcome. Fellows attending the dinner will wear gowns, but this is optional for alumni. Hoods are not worn.
EV charging is available at College during your stay in the car park at the top of the site (past the Sheppard Flats). You will need to collect a key from the Lodge and please move your vehicle once charged to a non-charging space so others can use the service.

Many alumni have told us that they like to see a list of people who have booked to attend events such as this one, as it can influence whether they choose to come. If you do not wish to have your name visible on this list, please email us to let us know (only alumni will be listed, not their guests). Please note also that the list will be updated manually in batches, so your name may take some time to appear, and this does not imply that your booking has not been received.

We hope that you will embrace this opportunity, especially as Churchill is one of the only Colleges in Cambridge to host Reunion Dinners without charging its alumni. If you are not signing up to attend you can of course still make a donation.

Accommodation
Bed and breakfast accommodation in College can be booked through Speedybooker only, at our alumni rates. To see availability and book at these prices, please enter the code KX57500 in the top left box before entering dates.
Please note, if a different rate is booked without the code, we cannot change it back to the discounted rate. Do book in advance as no rooms can be booked on site during the weekend. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive the Speedybooker confirmation at the time of reservation. If you wish to amend your booking, you will need to do so via Speedybooker.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24h prior to your stay.
