Eating together is a large part of life at Churchill College, and the largest college dining hall in Cambridge is at the centre of Churchill’s dining experience. Used as a self-service restaurant at lunchtime and in the evenings, the Dining Hall is a social hub for both daily meals and for the college’s many formal dining events.
Eating together is an important part of College life. It’s an ideal chance to meet friends—old and new.

Food is also available in the Buttery: Mon–Fri, 7pm–9pm. Food served up until 30mins before closing time.
Opening Hours
The Dining Hall is open daily during the following hours:
Breakfast: 07:30 – 09:30
Self-service lunch: 12:00 – 14:00
Self-service dinner: 17:45 – 19:10

Keeping an eye on your spending
We appreciate that you will want to have some idea about the amount that you have accumulated in catering charges. Student Catering Accounts will be sent fortnightly by email. The figures shown are non-cumulative but allow students to keep track of their spending.
