Guest List
Many alumni have told us that they like to see a list of people who have booked to attend events such as this one, as it can influence whether they choose to come. If you do not wish to have your name visible on this list, please email us to let us know (only alumni will be listed, not their guests). Please note also that the list will be updated manually in batches, so your name may take some time to appear further to booking, and this does not imply that your booking has not been received.
Keep in Touch
Churchill College would like to stay in touch with you and store your up-to-date contact details in order to send you publications and invite you to events such as this one. You can update your contact details via our form at the button below. By supplying such details you consent to us communicating with you by those methods. We take the storing and processing of your data seriously and you can read more in our full data protection statement.
Lost Alumni
Please see the following link for a list of alumni within these year groups with whom the College has lost touch. If you are in contact with any of them, we would be grateful if you could let them know about this event and ask them to contact us if they would like to attend.
Accommodation
Bed and breakfast accommodation in College will this year be booked through the Speedbooker website rather than the College. We are pleased to offer attendees an additional 10% discount on the standard (already discounted) alumni room rates. To avail of this discount, please ensure that the special code KX53532 is entered in the top-left box next top where you enter the dates for your stay.
Please note that If you need to amend your booking, you will need to do so via Speedybooker: amendments cannot be made by College staff and may incur an admin fee if made less than 24h prior to your stay.
Bookings
The event is free of charge to eligible alumni, and a maximum of one guest per attendee may be brought at your own expense. Use the drop-down boxes on the form below under ‘Quantity’ to select 1 alumni ticket, or 1 alumni ticket and 1 guest ticket. (Alumni couples should submit 2 booking forms to avail of 2 free tickets.) Bookings for this event will close at midnight on Sunday 19 March. If the event is cancelled or you are unable to attend due to Covid, we will fully refund guest tickets.
Please kindly note that we are using new software for the booking form below. Unfortunately, those bringing a guest may find themselves having to duplicate some information entry in order for the booking to proceed. We apologise for any annoyance caused, this is outside of our control.
