Giving to the College

Everyone should be able to develop their talents to the fullest. Education is good for the individual, and is an investment in society and the economy.

Andrew, Student

At Churchill College, we strive to uphold our world-renowned commitment to excellence in scholarship, teaching and research. The generosity of our donors giving is vital to helping us maintain and build on this commitment.

Your support makes the difference.

Gifts from alumni and friends of Churchill College help us provide the best experience for our students today, and for the future.

Your support and giving creates opportunities by providing scholarships and bursaries for undergraduate and graduate students alike. The best provision attracts the best students and will see Churchill go from strength to strength as an academic institution and a nurturing community.

Donor Recognition

We appreciate each and every donation from our supporters. Every donor is listed in the Churchill Review unless they have asked to remain anonymous, is sent a copy of our annual donor report, and will be invited* to our biennial Donor Garden Party. (*UK taxpayers whose donations are Gift Aided must have donated more than £100 in the preceding two years.)

For donors who are in a position to donate higher amounts, the following details the level of benefit we can give back in return.

Winston S Churchill 1958 Society

Membership of the Society, which is entirely voluntary, accords recognition to all individuals who pledge, or indicate that they will give, a gift in their Will to the College. Each year, a Society event is held for members in appreciation of their commitment to the College. Member names (where permission has been given) are included in the list of the Winston S. Churchill 1958 College Society members, printed in the annual Churchill Review.
